Cape Town - The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge traded in their royal roots for a night of glitz and glam at the 2019 Baftas.
Following her introduction from Kate Silverton the Duchess of Cambridge delivered a speech thanking those who were there in helping to improve mental health in schools. Middleton, 37, appeared Valentine's Day ready in a pink-and-cream Gucci gown that featured a velvet waistband and draping over the shoulders.
The duchess was attending a gala dinner at the Victoria and Albert Museum.
But even though her look screamed "business", she's the future queen of England.
Kate wore a show-stopping white one shoulder gown by Alexander McQueen with Jimmy Choo glittery pumps and Princess Diana's diamond and south sea pearl earrings.
The conference focused on what more could be done to tackle mental health issues in schools and support teachers in the process, bringing together experts from across the mental health and education sectors. Of course, this is not the first time that Kate Middleton has taken inspiration from Princess Diana, previously she has been spotted wearing similar outfits to those of Lady Diana at various occasions.
"It is also clear that the positive development of our children is directly linked to those who care for them, teachers, carers and parents".
