A man believed to be connected to the disappearance and deaths of Jenna Scott and Michael Swearingin, whose bodies were discovered in Oklahoma last month, has reportedly escaped from custody in Montgomery County.
Ginell McDonough (left), 37, who is Marks' wife and the mother of two of his two children, is jailed in Muskegon County, Michigan, on an obstruction of justice charge. He eluded two private transport agents near the 800 block of North Loop 336 West in Conroe.
Marks has not been named as a suspect in the disappearance of Scott and Swearingin. The two were last seen alive on January 4 before their bodies were found in Clearview, Okla., on January 15.

An arrest affidavit said Maxwell, who became a person of interest because she said she last saw Swearingin's auto, admitted she took the 2016 Hyundai Genesis to Austin and left it there to hide it from law enforcement agencies. She also said she had her phone in her hand, and Marks took it from her and threw it.
April Pease, Marks' ex-girlfriend and mother of a son, was reported missing March 17, 2009, according to The Charley Project. During this time, Scott told both Marks and Scott had open investigations against each other for assault-family violence crimes in Killeen.
