According to the statement, a joint Saudi-Turkish investigative team "indicates that the suspects in the incident had committed their act with a premeditated intention".

WWE Chairman Vince McMahon declined an opportunity Thursday to elaborate on his decision to stage pay-per-view "Crown Jewel" in Saudi Arabia as originally planned.
The CIA had no comment on a Washington Post report that Haspel had listened to audio purportedly capturing Khashoggi's killing.
"Jamal Khashoggi's killing is a violently planned and a very complicated murder, which was being covered up", said Omer Celik, spokesman for Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's Ruling AK party.
Turkish authorities briefed visiting Central Intelligence Agency chief Gina Haspel on the investigation into the killing and the evidence they have, a Turkish security official who was not authorized to speak to the media said on condition of anonymity.
"The Public Prosecution continues its investigations in the light of what it has received and the results of its investigations to reach the facts and complete the course of justice", the statement added.
Khashoggi, a Washington Post columnist and critic of the crown prince, disappeared after entering the consulate.
Al-Mojeb's office said last Friday that Saudi officials were responsible for the death of Khashoggi, who they said died in a fistfight - later saying it was from a chokehold after he raised his voice in the consulate.
Mohammed has denied any prior knowledge of the of the mission and on Wednesday called the journalist's killing "a heinous crime".

Saudi officials now acknowledge his murder, and have admitted that it was possibly premeditated.
