The company confirmed a few weeks ago that it'll start launching new smartphone features on mid-range phones rather than just flagships, and it already did so in the past few weeks. Samsung has already debuted their own Water Carbon cooling system in Galaxy Note 9. It wouldn't be able to provide the full experience of a physical add-on controller accessory (like what's available on some of the current gaming smartphones on the market), but it does provide a much better experience that what's now available for haptic-feedback in current smartphones. CEO of Samsung's mobile DJ Koh said last month that the foldable Samsung Galaxy F could be unveiled in November. Thus, manufacturers, including Samsung, do not have to divert the cutout under the camera, as is customary to do, starting with the iPhone X. In addition, Koreans even plan to embed speakers under the display surface.
As we are still nearly a year away from the probable launch of the Galaxy Note 10, we would take it with tweezers, and even if it were true, it is possible that Samsung will change its mind from now until the beginning of mass production of the phone.
