Sedgwick County Jail records show 26-year-old Randle was booked on suspicion of rape at 3:43 a.m. on Friday.
In 2015, police were called to respond to a domestic violence call that involved Randle. He was later convicted of aggravated battery, aggravated burglary, criminal threat, and marijuana possession, in relation to the incident.
At one point he was arrested six times in 17 months, including incidents in which he stole underwear and cologne from a store while he was still with the Cowboys.
Randle is now on probation after attempting to run people over with his auto after losing at a drinking game back in 2016. He opened the 2015 as the starter, but injuries slowed him down and a four-game National Football League suspension led to the Cowboys cutting him after six games.
Randle was a 5th round pick in the 2013 NFL Draft. Randle was asked to leave the party, and he reportedly backed his vehicle into a number of other guests on his way out.
He was released on probation in June under a plea deal that allows prosecutors to seek to have him put in prison for getting into trouble again.
This wasn't Randle's first run-in with the law this year, as he was released temporarily from federal custody after being in jail for two years.
Randle was arrested in 2014 for theft, arrested two different times in 2015 for unlawful possession of marijuana and being allegedly drunk and refusing to leave the Kansas Star Casino, and was arrested two more times in 2016 on an outside warrant for speeding and then for aggravated battery, possession of drugs, and criminal damage to property.
