Their meeting is coming after the Financial Times reported that Donald Trump referred to his Nigerian counterpart Muhammadu Buhari as "lifeless" shortly after a meeting between the two leaders on April 30.
Trump said Kenya and the USA would continue to work together to grow their partnership in trade, investments and security.
Mr and Mrs Trump are earlier scheduled to welcome Mr and Mrs Kenyatta to the White House in a 10-minute ceremony commencing at 1:45 pm, according to the White House.
President Kenyatta is in the USA at the invitation of his host Trump.
