Billy Joe Saunders throws chicken at Deontay Wilder after gatecrash brawl

Tyson Fury faces Francesco Pianeta at the weekend

Tyson Fury faces Francesco Pianeta at the weekend

Those that make the 32-year-old the favourite to defend his title do so partly because of the belief that Fury is rushing into such a risky fight so soon into his comeback, while other observers believe Wilder will struggle with the Briton's awkward style.

The lineal heavyweight champion of the world, Tyson Fury, set up a November date with undefeated WBC champion Deontay Wilder after Fury turned in a measured performance to outpoint Francesco Pianeta in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Saunders showed off his cheeky side by throwing chicken at Wilder before rushing his way out of the eatery.

Fury, who weighed 18 stones 6 pounds for Pianeta (35-5-1, 21 KOs), plans on being 18 stones when he faces Wilder.

Tyson Fury has vowed to knock out Deontay Wilder when the two meet for the WBC heavyweight title in Las Vegas. "This man has been trying to make a big fight with the other chump, I think we all know who I'm talking about. You've never been knocked out but you're going to feel the experience, what it feels to get hit by the Bronze Bomber".

"My promise is, I got my 10 rounds here tonight, but one thing I promise when I get to Las Vegas, I am knocking you the f*** out bum".

The pair traded barbs in the ring after Fury came through 10 rounds to secure a unanimous points victory in just his second fight since returning from more than two years out of boxing. He had to settle for something less spectacular, but Fury was happy.

Wilder said: "They're envious". I was working on my jab, slipping his punches.

There was much less to impress Wilder once the action got underway as Fury failed to land a knockout blow.

Klitschko stopped Pianeta, 33, in six rounds five years ago, but Fury was unable to seriously trouble Pianeta. He previously won by TKO against Sefer Seferi last June 9th In Manchester, England.

Pianeta rocked Fury back onto his heels momentarily with a left hook at the start of the third round before the former champion resumed his jab and feints. "The best fighting the best".

And boxing fans loved the banter between the two fighters.
