Director Rajkumar Hirani's Sanju is definitely turning out to be a gamechanger for its lead actor Ranbir Kapoor.

The complaint has been filed by activist Gaurav Gulati, "The complaint wants to draw your kind notice towards the outrageous and cheap dialogues being used in the upcoming movie, namely, Sanju by the Bollywood actors Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma", the letter stated, ANI reports. Interestingly, this is not the first complaint against the movie. The complaint is now being vetted by the Electronic Media Monitoring Centre of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. Both the actors were playing their respective characters, Anushka being a biographer and Ranbir playing Sanju. She was previously quoted as saying, "It's an awesome circle, from sharing screen space with Sanju sir to playing his wife in a film, it's been surreal". Sanjay after being drunk, had put a toilet seat on her neck.

Previously a complaint was filed against the film with the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). The film also stars Dia Mirza as Sanjay's wife Maanayata Dutt, Sonam Kapoor as one of Sanjay's love interests, Anushka Sharma as a biographer, Karishma Tanna as Madhuri Dixit amongst others. "But no one has a problem when the film is leaked, why?" Earlier as well many movies were released based on the gangsters where in the jails were covered, but never had seen such incidents.
