President Donald Trump is promising soccer's worldwide governing body that foreign teams, officials and fans will be able to travel to the United States for the 2026 World Cup if North America wins the bid to host the tournament. With the tournament under three days away, Russian Federation will kick off the festivities against Saudi Arabia in the opener.
