Supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav's elder son Tejashwi Yadav was caught grooving to famous Bhojpuri number 'Lollypop Lagelu' during his brother's marriage ceremony.
Former chief minister and RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav convicted in fodder scam case and now serving his sentence has availed 3-days parole for the occasion of his elder son's wedding ceremony in Patna. Lau Prasad Yadav's daughter Miss Bharti has also attended the pre-wedding ceremony with her husband and children. On Wednesday, it was reported that the RJD chief was given a five-day parole.
Former state minister Tej Pratap got engaged to Bihar's former Chief Minister Daroga Prasad Rai's granddaughter Aishwarya Rai in a grand ceremony at a 5-star hotel in Patna on 18 April. Justice Singh had then asked for a medical report from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi where Lalu was earlier admitted before being shifted to Ranchi hospital. He however did not disclose the details of the approval.
Mr Mangla said as per rules travel time was not counted in the duration of the parole. Talking to media persons on the issue Bhola Yadav, Bihar MLA and a close aide of Lalu, said "Lalu's treatment and his health is our top priority".
"If he fails to fulfill these conditions, his parole will be cancelled and called back immediately", stated the letter.
All his movements would be captured by video cameras, a jail official said.
The bail came as a big relief for the ailing 69-year-old leader, his family and party.
