A few commentators took it a step further, saying that Cardi would struggle with having both a career and a family.

Cardi B hid her pregnancy because she was "scared of what people would think" of her.

Not to mention, Cardi will be hitting the stage either pregnant or fresh off of a delivery as she and offset are expecting their first child. "I just didn't want to deal with the whole abortion thing". I don't like the feeling that people making me feel.

She said: "I'm a grown woman, I'm 25 years old, I'm a schmillionaire.I'm prepared for this".

The night before, Cardi revealed where she learned one of her signature catchphrases! Speaking to the program's Ebro Darden, Bardi said she planned to make the line, which she hints might not be her last, an affordable one.

The Bodak Yellow hitmaker, who will be among the performers at the festival on Sunday (15Apr18) and again the following weekend, admits event bosses got her cheap a year ago when they booked her before her career took off. "Why do I have to choose a career or a baby?'" "I want both." She also received criticism from people close to her, but in the end she doesn't want to wait until she's "30-something" to have a baby, explaining, "I want my kid now that I have energy".

Cardi said she contemplated not having the baby, but chose to go through with it because of her success. I can't thank you enough for always finding the time to share your support! "I'm hoping to [take] a month, three weeks [off]".

Cardi initially revealed the news via an interview with Beats 1 Radio, but yesterday she delivered an outright, public announcement. "I wish we could've had two hours", Fallon told us. "It's something so precious and private to me, and I didn't even get to keep that for myself".
