Motorola Moto G6 And G6 Play Reveal Complete Specifications and Prices

The fresh information regarding the Moto G6 lineup comes in the form of leaked official posters of the Moto G6, G6 Plus and G6 Play by Twitter-based tipster Roland Quandt.

A noticeable thing in these colorful posters is the absence of the fingerprint sensor at the front. On the inside, you can get up to 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.

Moto G6 will feature a 5.7-inch IPS "Max Vision" display (2160×1080 pixels) with an aspect ratio of 18:9.

Well, there certainly won't be many surprises left when the Moto G6 phones finally see the light of day. For example, the standard Moto G6 seemingly will be priced at $249.99, while the Play version will be priced at a slightly more affordable price, $199.99. MWC came and went without any new phones, but it's looking like Moto has the latest generation of its iconic "G" series on the way... As before, you can see the "motorola" branding at the bottom of the front of the phone, whereas the G5 family had "moto" branding at the top of the front. The smartphone will be powered by a 1.8GHz octa core processor coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. As for the availability details, Moto G6 is expected to ship starting May 10, which hints at April launch of the phone.

Moto G6 Plus should have a Full HD+ screen, a Snapdragon 630 processor, a $265 price tag and 5.93 inch resolution.

Moto G6 Play will be a cheaper model compared to G6. According to the list, both smartphones will have 32GB storage. We expect the company to opt for the MediaTek chipset for this device. It will be powered by a 4,000 mAh battery and will feature a 13 MP primary camera with Rapid Focus technology.

We believe the generic Moto G6 will also have the aforementioned feature as it is also tipped to come with dual-camera, but sadly the low-end Moto G6 Play, which comes with a single primary camera, will not have photo background edit option.

For imagine, it is expected to retain a similar 12MP + 5MP main camera combo while the front may come with a 16MP selfie shooter.

The promotional images of the Moto G6 series don't reveal any features about the phone and except the elongated 18:9 aspect ratio display and dual camera setup on the Moto G6 Plus. The shipping of this phone is expected to be around mid-May.
