Four people were killed and another was wounded Sunday in a shooting rampage in a small town 50 miles southeast of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania State Police said.
The shooting occurred at Ed's Car Wash in the 1300 block of Indian Creek Valley Road.
Fatalities included three men and two women.
"Details were scarce Sunday, as police and other emergency vehicles swarmed the tiny carwash throughout the morning". Another person was injured.
Four people were found dead at the scene and another died after being taken to a hospital, according to state police officials.
Pennsylvania State Trooper Trooper Broadwater said a motive for the shooting had not yet been identified.
A man who lives nearby told the newspaper that he heard about 30 gunshots over a span of several minutes. There's no word if the shooter was one of the deceased but sources say there is no immediate threat to the public. A sedan and two pickup trucks.
The victims were identified only as three men and two women in their 20s and 30s.
WPXI-TV reports the shooting occurred around 2:45 a.m. Sunday in Melcroft. He said the suspected gunman was also discovered at the scene with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head and was taken to a hospital, where he was on life-support.
