According to the new offer plan, All existing 1GB and 1.5GB daily data packs have been upgraded to offer 1.5GB and 2GB daily data respectively, without any change in the value. As you all may know that recently the company reduced the price of nearly every single plan and now they are in a very interesting mood.
On the occasion of the Republic Day, the company has introduced a plan exclusively for JioPhone users which will allow them to avail free voice calls and unlimited data (1GB at high speed) for 28 days at a price of only Rs 49.
Jio's Rs 448 plan will offer users with 2GB daily data and 84 days validity. As a result, the most popular Rs 459 plan will now cost Rs 399 only, and offer 1.5GB data per day with a validity of 84 days. The firm has now rolled out the everyday data limit to 3 GB and the expiry is lowered to 28 Days. Airtel also has a similar plan priced at Rs 349 with 2.5GB daily data, but the validity is only 28 days.
If the Rs.49 plan doesn't sound very impressive to you, you do have the option of going with the Rs.153 plan, which was recently revised by the company. However, Reliance Jio is commemorating Republic Day by offering 1GB data per day for just Rs 49 per month to its JioPhone users. After August, Jio suspended the pre-bookings of its feature phone due to an "overwhelming" response.
Reliance Jio had announced its 4G feature phone in August a year ago that would be "effectively free" for users, but to prevent misuse of the scheme, JioPhone buyers were required to pay one-time fully refundable deposit of Rs 1,500.
Rs 198 and Rs 398 prepaid packs: have been redone to offer a sum of 56GB amd 140GB data individually.
As of now, there are 4 plans of Jio that gives 1.5GB daily data. Earlier, users used to get 500MB of data every day in this plan. The validity stands at 28 days. As a result, users can get up to 182GB of high speed 4G data under this segment.
The plan 498 of Jio now offer 182GB data instead of 136GB data.
