One killed, several injured after car plows into pedestrians in NYC

One person was killed and five others injured in a hit and run accident in Queens early Sunday.

One person was killed and five others injured, one of them critically, from getting hit by the auto.

A New York City detective said the incident wasn't terror-related. Police said that they have no information about what prompted the scuffle but that investigations of the two incidents are ongoing.

Police were searching for the driver, The Associated Press reported.

Cops found at least one person dead and two more stabbed after the violent fracas outside XS NYC at 129th St. and Liberty Ave. just before 5 South Ozone Park.

Two of the crash victims were rushed to Jamaica Hospital in critical condition, cops said.

Witnesses told CBS New York that a group of people were leaving the bar when they saw one man beating up another on the sidewalk.

Six people were struck by the vehicle, including the person who was killed.

Police are still looking for the driver, who was driving a white Hyundai Sonata, Jones said.
