Lady Bird Just Broke a Rotten Tomatoes Record Previously Held by Toy Story 2

EVER SINCE THE trailer for Saoirse Ronan's new movie Lady Bird dropped in September, we have been eagerly awaiting the release of the film in Ireland.

Lady Bird simply has the most positive reviews of any movie with a flawless, 100% score on Rotten Tomatoes. For perspective, Citizen Kane, a film often mentioned in Greatest of All Time lists, is also at 100%, but with only 75 reviews.

Since it's November 3 release, "Lady Bird" has been receiving nothing but glowing reviews from critics and viewers - and now, it's broken the record for best-reviewed movie on Rotten Tomatoes.

Released by indie film studios A24 (Moonlight) earlier this month, Lady Bird only went from a limited release to wider distribution this past weekend, and the film has so far pulled in $10.7 million in domestic theaters, according to Box Office Mojo.
