Kardashian said she was inspired by healing crystals, which she started to receive as gifts from friends following a robbery in Paris previous year (where she was held at gunpoint). And they did just that for Kim, who relied heavily on the help of her crystals. In an interview with WWD, Kardashian says that creating each scent was about "being calm and healing". There are three different variations: Crystal Gardenia, Crystal Gardenia Citrus and Crystal Gardenia Oud.
Kardashian maintained that production for Crystal Gardenia is in line with her first two launches, meaning that 300,000 bottles will go on sale Wednesday - and will likely all sell out.
We're told if Kim's fragrance sells like her makeup line.it could haul in more than $14 million in minutes.
"Fragrance is harder [to sell], but makeup is difficult, too, because you don't really test the product. That was always really special to me, and that was heavy in white florals". Earlier this year Kim announced she would be launching her eighth signature scent, KKW. Kardashian slipped that older daughter North called her unborn sibling "Baby Sister".

She added: "So people brought toys and gifts, and [North] was opening them all up the next day".
