The price in Vermont was down 1.7 cents to $2.52 per gallon.
Idaho's retail gasoline prices fell 3.1 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $2.62 per gallon on Sunday, according to GasBuddy analysts. It's 12 cents per gallon less than last month, and 15.2 cents per gallon higher than a year ago.
That's three cents above the national average and 35 cents higher than the average state price a year ago at this time.

AAA said gasoline stocks have continued to rise across the nation as weekly demand declined by 3.6 percent during the week ending October 13, according to the latest report from the Energy Information Administration.
"Gasoline futures and wholesale prices gained some strength last week, but not enough to stop the pump price plunge".
"The national average has now remained under $3 per gallon for almost 3 years". "While recent actions from OPEC may cause oil prices to hold above the key $50 per barrel level, there is no threat of a quick return to the $3 per gallon days".
Experts say gas prices in some parts of the country like the Midwest, are higher due to refineries undergoing seasonal maintenance. Among more than 300 metropolitan cities in the United States, Chattanooga ranks as the 8th lowest priced city, GasBuddy.com said.
