Danielle Bregoli, a.k.a. the "Cash Me Outside" girl has been sentenced to five years probation for multiple offences. The 14-year-old pleaded guilty last month to charges of possession of marijuana, filing a false police report (where she accused her mom of using heroin that was actually powdered sugar spread on a bathroom counter), grand theft, and grand theft auto.
The 14-year-old viral star appeared at South County Courthouse, in Delray Beach, over accusations brought before her meteoric rise to fame.
In return for her pleading guilty, other charges were dropped.
Be that as it may, she's not by any means out of inconvenience - she could at present face charges for "battery" after another occurrence in Florida, the talk site reports.
The crimes stem from past run-ins with the law, which came before she shot to stardom after an appearance on the Dr. Phil Show.
She conceded unbelievable robbery, great burglary auto, ownership of cannabis and documenting a false report in a hearing in June.
Bregoli will be completing her probation in California, where she lives with her mother.
"I'm afraid of what she's being pushed into and who's profiting from it", said Bregoli's father, Ira Peskowitz.
This time she's in the news for avoiding jail time.
Peskowitz, who works for the Palm Beach County Sheriffs Office, claims his parental rights are being 'stripped away, ' WPBF reported.
