Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are reportedly expecting their third baby, who they are having via a surrogate as it would be far too risky for Kim to carry another child after suffering from placenta accreta during her last two pregnancies.
The publication reports the surrogate is a San Diego mom in her late 20s, who was referred to the parents-of-two by an agency. Kim and Kanye agreed to pay the woman $45,000 in installments, according to TMZ.
They will also not be able to dye their hair or eat raw fish, with their caffeine intake restricted to one drink a day.
Kim has been open about the couple's decision to search for a potential surrogate, having revealed that she was diagnosed with placenta accrete during her pregnancies with both daughter North and son Saint.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star and rapper Wednesday in 2014 and are already parents to two children under five-years-old - North, four, and Saint, 19 months.
Us Weekly claim the couple's surrogate is now "three months pregnant".
But after her pregnancies with North, four, and one-year-old Saint were plagued with health problems, Kim reportedly wanted to have her third child by another means.
Kardashian became pregnant with her first child in 2013.

The couple chose to opt for surrogacy because of Kim's delicate health condition. Apparently the unknown woman is a strong advocate for surrogacy and has been a surrogate for other couples in the past.
