Shia LaBeouf Arrested on Suspicion of Disorderly Conduct, Public Drunkenness

For those who are counting, this is Shia LaBeouf's fourth arrest for public intoxication.

The "Transformers" star was arrested in January at his art exhibit - "He Will Not Divide Us" - protesting against U.S President Donald Trump after he shoved a man with divergent views.

Shia LaBeouf, 31, was arrested for acting drunk and disorderly.

LaBeouf is now filming The Peanut Butter Falcon, which also stars Dakota Johnson. Not many days ago, Just Jared also received photos where the actor was spotted urinating in the ocean on Tybee Island in Georgia during his shoot. His booking record shows his bond was set at $7,000. He was unsuccessful, something that apparently infuriated the actor.

"When LaBeouf wasn't given a cigarette, he became disorderly, using profanities and vulgar language in front of the women and children present", police said in a statement.

Police then asked the actor to leave the area and after refusing to do so, he became aggressive towards an officer.

Labeouf has been arrested several times in the past and contributed an essay about his history with the law in a prison recipe cookbook titled "Prison Ramen", written by Clifton Collins Jr. and Gustavo "Goose" Alvarez.

Ultimately, police were able to catch up to LaBeouf and take him into custody.

When authorities tried to arrest him, LaBeouf is accused of running to a nearby hotel. In 2008, LaBeouf was arrested for DUI in California.

In 2014, LaBeouf pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly conduct after an outburst at a Broadway theater.

In 2014, Shia LaBeouf reportedly sought treatment for alcohol addiction.
