Celtics were robbed of 1.8 seconds on last play of Game 6

John Wall: Hero Wall: John hits game-winning 3-pointer

Wall's walk-off forces game 7 for Wizards

The Cleveland Cavaliers are set to face either the Boston Celtics or the Washington Wizards in the Eastern Conference Finals beginning Wednesday at a location to be determined.

When Game 6 against the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference Semifinals came down to the final seconds, Wall saved the Wizards' season with this incredible 3-pointer to tie the series at three games apiece.

"It's got to go seven", said Bradley Beal after scoring half of Washington's 26 fourth-quarter points. They combined for 23 of the Wizards 26 points in the final period.

May 12, 2017; Washington, DC, USA; Boston Celtics guard Isaiah Thomas has struggled to get his shots up the last couple of games.

The Celtics led Game 6 by five points with less than 90 seconds remaining.

Whether it be Thomas finding himself, or the bench starting to contribute, the Celtics need this win in the TD Garden.

"Washington" and "Boston" continue to dispute the ticket to the Eastern conference finals.

The Celtics had a chance to steal the game back from the Wizards, but Isaiah Thomas' 3-point heave bounced off the backboard and Wall was the hero. "It hurts right now, because we just lost".

Looking at the betting trends, the Wizards are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games playing on two days' rest, 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games overall and 1-5 ATS in their last six road games.

Washington, which had lost seven straight elimination games at home, prevailed despite shooting 5 of 24 on 3-pointers and 43 percent overall. He took three dribbles - the first two advanced the ball forward, the third was between the legs for misdirection purposes - then he shot, and made, his first 3-pointer of the night, which brought the Wizards within two points with 1:09 left in the game. You can't dwell on it too long, or it can roll over into Game 7. "I think the National Basketball Association world wanted to see it".

Throughout Game 6, no one could really tell who was going to take that game.

Before the game a Wizards player joked in the locker room: "If we win we're gonna wear all-black to Game 7". Heading home will make it easier for the Celtics to shake their brutal finish in Game 6. However, despite the Celtics' poor shooting, the Washington Wizards were unable to take a commanding advantage and only built a five-point separation with a 22-17 lead.
