A small plane crashed Tuesday afternoon in Mukilteo, damaging several cars, police are reporting.
The single-engine plane crashed on Harbour Pointe Boulevard in Mukilteo, Washington, at about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, NBC affiliate King 5 reported.
The single-engine crashed at Mukilteo Boulevard Southwest and Mukilteo Speedway, according to a department tweet. Dashcam footage shows the plane coming down over the street.
There are no serious injuries, police said.
Plane fuel and fire rained down on the road and cars. A nearby resident, Ron Cohen who is a pilot himself also agrees with Khal Nouri. Amanda Hayes said there was a fireball after that, and the ducked down under the dashboard. The Snohomish County Public Utilities District said the plane knocked down some power lines, which caused a brief but widespread outage.
No one was seriously hurt, and the pilot and his passenger walked away from the crash.
